Cambia Health Solutions, Portland, USA – (Apr 2019 - Jan 2023)*

Led team of 7 developers in delivering a real-time data processing and reporting product, capable of detecting, publishing, processing, and visualizing results from hundreds of millions of events per month. Responsibilities included project coordination, requirements gathering, architecture, and development. Runs on .NET core on K8s, SNS, SQS, and MySQL to inform millions of dollars of financial settlements
Developed new patient-physician matching algorithm in Java and TypeScript including flexible contract terms, increasing our patient-physician match rate by 30%. Success of the project led to my nomination for a 2021 Cambia Value award
Led concept, architecture, and implementation of a data quality validation framework to enhance existing ETL processes, validating and conditionally loading data from various sources. Framework runs ~20 checks on over 15 million records per month, running on AWS Lambda using Python, Athena, and DynamoDB
